Our SMEs work with many different stakeholders and partners to deliver our services. Some example engagements:
- CEOs & Founders: Whether a startup or an established business, Fortis Future™ SMEs can report directly to the CEO to build and deliver cyber strategy as fractional CISO, or Chief Information Security Officer. This can include regularl meetings with the CEO and board, and architecting cyber security policy, assessing risk, and sourcing appropriate controls all whilst aligning to the overall business plan and objectives of the organisation.
- CISOs & CTOs: If you’re looking for SMEs to augment and increase the capacity of your executive level cyber and technology team, we can work alongside you at this level, or report to you to deliver specific projects or act as an ongoing resource pool. The Fortis Future™ SME team can be available to deliver specific guidance on one of our core domains including cyber strategy, AI, quantum, and compliance, or provide more generalist support on sourcing technical solutions.
- IT Managers: We work with IT Managers, and can also act as fractional IT Managers. If you require an escalation point to access specific SME knowledge, we can work with you on a project or retainer basis.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Our SMEs are available to help you through the M&A process. From due diligence audits, to integration, to group and new entity cyber strategy and toolings Fortis Future™ has a flexible approach to your needs. We recognise this is often an extremely busy time when stakeholders are extremely busy so we work with you to deliver concise and timely support.
- Expert Witness: Our SMEs are available to support law enforcement as expert witnesses when there’s a need to provide detailed and specific analysis.
